Weston Construction’s Senior Managers are committed to complying with legal and other requirements, such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act and supporting regulations. It is the management team’s responsibility to collaborate and participate with workers in developing and implementing our Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
All Weston Construction workers, visitors, and subcontractors must report fit for their duties, receive proper training before engaging in any assigned activities, and always utilize appropriate personal protective equipment. All personnel shall report all workplace incidents and accidents to their direct Supervisor regardless of how small an occurrence might seem.
Weston Construction’s Senior Managers are committed to continuously improving the Occupational Health and Safety management system through internal audits, measuring and monitoring, and management review processes; we welcome any suggestions on improving our Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
